\, alignment\, body mechanics and an embodied understanding of gravity and
momentum\, we cultivate a body that is both soft and organized\, allowing
movement to flow with less effort and greater continuity.\nAs each dancer
finds support in their own structure and in the space around them\, conta
ct becomes lighter\, more responsive and spacious\, opening new possibilit
ies for moving together.\nTogether we will investigate weight-sharing\, co
 unterbalance\, fluid lifts and seamless transitions\, allowing flights\, l
andings and moments of support to emerge naturally from the dance.\nRooted
in curiosity\, playfulness and care\, we offer clear technical tools whil
e creating an inclusive space\, where we can experiment\, challenge oursel
ves and enjoy the process of discovering new possibilities together.\nWe w
ill work with the solo-body movement as well as in duets. There will be te
chnical exercises\, but also plenty of time for integration and playfulnes
s through dancing.\nThe workshop is designed for people with some prior ex
perience with CI or solid experience in other movement diciplines. If you
have quesitons\, feel invited to reach out to us.\n\n\nAbout the TEACHERS\

detail\, deep listening\, and presence.\nShe seeks ways to facilitate unde
rstanding of movement fundamentals\, while staying connected to our own in
terest & journey of exploration\, where curiosity can stay most alive to d
iscovery. Her classes are playful\, physical\, fun and creative.\nShe also
works with collective scores & composition\; expanding out from duets int
o trios & group-compositions\, seeing also solo-improvisation as vital par
